Description

Perfectly located, with views of the beautiful National Park Oosterschelde on one side and the charming marina of St. Annaland on the other side, you can enjoy the abundant light in this through apartment. This accommodation is located on the first floor of Vista Maris in the village of Sint Annaland, also known as the Pearl in the Delta, with all basic amenities within reach.

Accommodation
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our cozy holiday home by the coast! The living room, located on the beach side, offers a comfortable double sofa where you can relax, two separate armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. The mix of urban chic and country style creates a cozy and modern atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, and kettle. Here you can cook extensively and enjoy delicious meals. Opposite the kitchen is a dining table with a bench and three separate chairs, perfect for dining, having drinks, or playing a game.

The first bedroom on the harbor side has a box spring (160x200cm) with single mattresses, bedside tables, a hanging/wardrobe, and a TV. The second bedroom on the beach side has a similar box spring, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. From the bedrooms, you step directly onto the adjoining balcony; during warm days/nights, you can leave the door open for a fresh breeze from the Oosterschelde.

The bathroom has a shower, sink with basin, open storage space, hair dryer and a large mirror. There is also a separate toilet.

With two balconies totaling 34 m², you can enjoy the outdoors on both the south and north sides. The south-facing balcony has a garden set with four chairs and views over the harbor, while the north-facing balcony has a coffee table with two chairs offering a beautiful view over the Oosterschelde.

For the little ones, there is a foldable baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair available.
Pets are not allowed.

In the separate storage room downstairs, you can store bicycles and charge electric bikes. There is also a washer/dryer combination available, so you can do your laundry during your holiday. Come and experience the unique charm of our holiday home yourself!

Surrounding Area
Welcome to Sint-Annaland! This charming village, located in the municipality of Tholen, is known for its beautiful nature and historical sights. Although it is small, it is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. The nature around Sint-Annaland is breathtaking. One of the most popular places is the National Landscape Oosterschelde. This special area consists of a unique ecosystem of mudflats, salt marshes, and tidal flats. It is a great place for walking, cycling, bird watching, and even seeing seals. Looking for something more active? Nearby you can also sail, windsurf, and kitesurf. 

Sint-Annaland has a rich history, which is reflected in the historical mills. The mill of Sint-Annaland, dating from the 18th century, is one of the highlights. The mills are open to visitors and offer a beautiful view of the surroundings. For culture lovers, there is the Regional Museum De Meestoof. This museum, located in the former town hall, gives a good picture of the rich history of the village and the region. 

There is plenty to do in Sint-Annaland. Visit the Regional Museum De Meestoof to learn how people used to live and work. For a fun and sustainable way to explore the area, rent a Solex at Solex Verhuur Tholen. Looking for relaxation? Take your beach bag and enjoy the sun on the beach of Sint-Annaland. There are also opportunities for diving and snorkeling. Don't forget to bring your own food and drinks, but there are plenty of restaurants in the village. 

Sint-Annaland is a great place for families with children. There are many play and recreation parks in the area, such as play park 't Hof van Tholen and recreation park De Kloet. In addition, there are numerous activities especially for children, such as pony riding and archery. In the center of Sint-Annaland, you will find various restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A new, but at the same time historical attraction is Heerlijckheid Havenzicht. Here you can eat, drink, sleep, and meet. For fish lovers, a visit to Buutengaets is a must. This restaurant and clubhouse of WSV Sint-Annaland is located in the marina on the island of Tholen. Of course, there are also surprising meat dishes on the menu. For a simple but tasty meal, you can go to Brasserie De Deu-Braek, where you can enjoy the sun on the terrace with a delicious lunch and a drink.     Traumhafte, moderne Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand direkt hinterm Haus. Supermarkt (Jumbo) fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz vorm Haus kostenlos inbegriffen. Wohnung ebenerdig durch zwei Fahrstühle erreichbar. Extra Abstellraum auf Straßenseite für Fahrräder. Auf beiden Seiten ein Balkon einmal mit Strandblick zur Schelde und einmal mit Hafenblick Sint Annaland Hafen. Ausstattung sehr gut: 2x moderne TV Geräte (Wohnzimmer, Hafenschlafzimmer), Toaster, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, Haarföhn, Mikrowellen-/Backofenkombigerät, Nespresso-Maschine, Herd, Staubsauger, Fußbodenheizung, Kühlschrank und extra großer Gefrierschrank. Am Deich entlang sehr schöne Spaziergänge möglich. Die Fotos der Wohnung sind zu 100% echt.

    Die direkte Strand- und Deichlage und der Ausblick z.B. auf den Yachthafen. Die hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung und der barrierefreie Zugang. Ruhige Umgebung. Vorhandene Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank). Der zusätzliche Abstellraum.

    Eine wundervoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles sehr hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Die Wohnung hat zwei große und überdachte Terrassen. Zu jeder Seite, also immer Sonne. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand direkt vor der Tür und der beschauliche Jachthafen nebenan. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
