This delightful apartment, with the Oosterschelde as its backyard, is perfect for four people. You can reach this accommodation via stairs or elevator, where comfort and nature come together.

As soon as you step inside, you'll find a cozy living room. Here you can relax on the sofa or in one of the two comfortable swivel chairs, while enjoying the view of the garden, the small beach, and the beautiful Oosterschelde. There's also a television for enjoyable movie nights.

The open kitchen, separated by a half-height wall, is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. With a cooktop, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, and toaster, you have everything at hand for culinary highlights, even at your holiday address. You can make a delicious cup of coffee or tea with the Nespresso machine or kettle.

Both bedrooms are located at the rear, with breathtaking views of the Oosterschelde. Step directly from your room into the garden and walk to the beach. Each room is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), bedside tables, atmospheric bed lighting, and a spacious wardrobe.

The bathroom offers luxury and comfort with a wonderful shower (including seating option), a sink with mirror, and some extra storage space. There is also a second toilet. The other toilet with a small sink is located next to the bathroom.

With this apartment, it becomes difficult to choose between two beautiful outdoor spaces. The lovely spacious terrace (57m2) at the front overlooks the harbor and the village of Sint-Annaland. It's so spacious that besides a large dining table, there's also room for a comfortable lounge sofa. At the rear of the apartment, you're treated to a beautiful panoramic view of the Oosterschelde from the sunbeds in the garden (47m2).

For small children up to 2 years old, there's a foldable crib and a high chair available, which can be found in the storage room where you'll also find the washing machine. You may bring one loyal four-legged friend to this accommodation. Parking is free on the parking space belonging to the accommodation. There is also a separate storage room available on the ground floor.
